Transit is port to port and excludes the 10 to 14 days for processing, testing and container stuffing after your specification is confirmed.

Telling us which one you are is usually more useful than telling us a grade — it lets us propose the right specification.
Importers and distributors
Full containers on repeat schedules, priced against the Unjha market. Usually want the documentation set complete on the first shipment so clearance is predictable afterwards.
Grinding and processing units
Buy on volatile oil content more than on appearance, because aroma survives grinding and a cosmetically perfect but weak seed does not serve them.
Repackers and retail brands
Need consistency between shipments above all — the same colour and size profile so consumer packs look identical month to month.
Food service and HORECA
Smaller, more frequent lots and tighter microbiology, since much of the product goes into ready-to-eat preparation.

Specification and quote
You send grade, quantity and destination port. We quote FOB Mundra or CIF against the current Unjha rate, with a stated validity window — cumin is seasonal and a price held open indefinitely is not a real price.

Sample and approval
Sample dispatched within 72 hours of specification confirmation, with the lot's own analysis attached.
- 03
Processing and testing
Cleaning, grading and the lab panel for your destination. Roughly 10 to 14 days from confirmation, depending on whether Sortex is required.

Stuffing and documents
Container stuffed and sealed at Mundra. Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and lab reports issued before sailing.

Sailing and tracking
Bill of lading and container number shared on departure so you can track it yourself rather than asking us for updates.

Do you ship to a market not listed here?
Almost certainly. The markets shown are where we ship regularly, not a limit. Send the destination port and we will confirm the route, transit and any documentation that market requires.
Can I start with less than a full container?
Yes. LCL lots from 5 MT can be arranged for a first order. Most buyers move to full containers once the specification is settled, because the per-kilo cost drops.
Who arranges freight on CIF?
We do, along with marine insurance. On FOB Mundra you nominate the line and we deliver the stuffed container to it.
How is payment usually structured?
Advance TT for first orders, or an irrevocable LC at sight through a prime bank. Terms for repeat buyers are discussed once a shipping history exists.
What if the container is held at customs?
Tell us immediately and send the notice. Almost every hold we have seen comes down to a document query rather than the goods, and is resolved by reissuing paperwork.
