Every image here is from Feronex operations — the mandi we buy at, the godown lots are stored in, the line they are cleaned on and the port they leave from. If something in a photograph raises a question, ask it.
Sourcing
Lot selection at Unjha APMC and the Jalore-Barmer belt, screened on aroma, colour, moisture and admixture before anything is bought.
Storage
Dry, ventilated godown with each lot kept separate and batch-coded, so a bag on a pallet is traceable back to the day it was bought.
Processing
Multi-stage machine cleaning, destoning and Sortex colour sorting, run to the grade the destination market requires.
Dispatch
Weighing, bagging, batch coding and container stuffing at Mundra Port, with the document set issued before the vessel sails.
