This sets the grade, the lab panel and the paperwork. "Cumin for Dubai" and "cumin for Rotterdam" are two different specifications at two different prices.

One trial container or a monthly programme. Repeat volume changes what we can hold for you and how we price it.

Grade, or the market you sell into
If you know the grade, name it. If you do not, tell us who your customer is and we will propose the specification that clears there.

Packing and incoterm
25 kg or 50 kg bags, loose or palletised, FOB Mundra or CIF to your port.

Priced against the current Unjha rate with a stated validity window, because a seasonal commodity price held open indefinitely is not a real price.
Dispatched within 72 hours of specification confirmation, with that lot's own lab analysis attached.
A single export manager owns your order from enquiry to sailing. You are not passed between desks halfway through.

What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 7:00pm Indian Standard Time (GMT+5:30). WhatsApp messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
Which language should I write in?
English or Hindi. Both are read and answered by the same team.
Can I visit the facility?
Buyers are welcome at Unjha during the arrival season and at our Mumbai office year round. Give us a week's notice so someone senior is free to walk you through it.
Do you work with agents and brokers?
Yes, on clearly agreed terms. Tell us upfront that you are representing a buyer so the commercials are set out properly from the start.
